Chicken Tenders; dipped in whipped eggs and milk, coated in a mix of bread crumbs, flour, French's fried onions, taco seasoning, salt & pepper, pan seared in extra virgin olive oil until golden brown.
Carrots; (canned), cooked in skillet with a dollop of butter, a couple spoons of brown sugar, and salt.
Mashed potatoes; left over. Brown skin, unpeeled, chopped & boiled. Mashed with butter, milk, sour cream, and pesto ranch dressing.
